📘 Make & Log Pending Manual Calls (via REI Reply)

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Get Started

  • Login: REI Reply

  • Click “Conversations” (left menu)

  • Click “Manual Actions” (top tab)

  • Click “Let’s Start” (top right)

2️⃣ Make the Calls


3️⃣ Log the Call Result

Ask yourself:
👉 “Was I able to have a FULL conversation?” 👈

  • YES → Select “Completed”

  • NO → Select “No Answer”
    (voicemail, hung-up, call back, busy, etc.)

After-Call Disposition


4️⃣ If Marked "Completed"

  • Go to the “Rezel Call-Notes” section on the left

  • make sure “Hide Empty Fields” is Unchecked

  • Log Call-Result (Interested, Not interested, Already Sold, DNC, Wrong #, Other)

  • Log ALL of the notes (Bed, Bath, Vacancy, 4 Pillars etc)

  • Click “Submit” + Save to finalize & send the notes to the team


5️⃣ Move to Next Call

  • Click “Let’s Start” again to continue

  • Repeat the process for remaining calls


⏱️ How Often Should I Do This?

🔁 Once per day, any time between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
