📘 Find, Listen, & Review Voicemails (via Batch Dialer)

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

1️⃣ Open Batch Dialer
Log into the platform.

2️⃣ Click the “Chat” Icon
Located in the top-right corner of the screen.

3️⃣ Select the “Leads” Tab
In the pop-up window, click “Leads” to see voicemails from prospects.

4️⃣ Listen to the Recordings
Check for any signs of interest, motivation, or seller intent.

5️⃣ Tag as Interested
If the voicemail shows any potential interest in selling, update the lead tag to “Interested”

6️⃣ Notify Sebastian
Send a quick message in Discord only if there was a voicemail form a interested seller

⏱️ How Often Should I Do This?

🔁 Once per day
Recommended during slow periods or in between cold call connections.
