📘 Create, Draft, & Schedule Posts

(via Meta Suite)

1️⃣ Start the Playbook

  • Find the post marked “Not Started”

  • Change the status to “In Progress”


2️⃣ Understand the Post Intent

  • Review the Category, Sub-Category & Topic of post

  • 🔍 Use this to understand the goal, tone, and theme of the post


3️⃣ Create the Visual

  • “Media Format” tells you what visual format to use

  • 📸 Photo | 📽️ Video | 🎨 Canva Template

  • “Asset Reference” gives you the specific media, or the exact text that should go on the visual

  • 🎯 Ensure the visual feels cohesive/aligned with the caption/message of the post


4️⃣ Upload and Schedule in Meta Suite

  • Click “Create Post”

  • 📥 Upload the visual

  • ✍️ Copy & Paste the Post Caption from the content planner

  • 🕘 Schedule it for the correct Date @ 9:30 AM CST

  • 📅 Click “Schedule” (not publish)


5️⃣ Document and Wrap Up

  • Copy the newly scheduled post’s Meta link

  • Paste it into the planner in the “Skdled Post Link” column

  • Change post status to “Scheduled”


💡 Pro Tips & Reminders

  • 🧠 Think like the viewer — is the message clear at a glance?

  • 🔄 Always double-check the scheduled date/time

  • ✏️ Make sure visuals and captions are free of typos

  • 📱 Use preview in Meta Suite when possible


⏱️ How Often Should I Do This?

🔁 One day per Month, at the beginning of the month
We create & schedule a months-worth of posts in a single batch
