"Content" Playbook

Here you will learn how to Create, Draft, & Schedule posts for our social media thru META Suite


STEPS:

  1. Open Content Planner

  2. Start with the post that has "Not Started"

  3. Mark status as In Progress

  4. Look at Category & Sub-Category for context on post type

  5. To create the Visual, use "Visual Media", "Template" and "Text to go On Visual"

    - The visual can be a custom Canva Template, Photo/s, or Video

    - Make sure that the Visual compliments/relates to the rest of the post

  6. Once you have the file for the final visual downloaded, go to META Suite

  7. Click "Create Post" (Click "Create Reel" instead if using Video for Visual)

  8. Upload Media

  9. Copy & Paste "Caption"

  10. "Schedule" (not publish) on the Date on the planner at 9:00am CST

  11. Paste "Skdled Post Link"

How often should i do this task?

  • Once a month, we will batch create and schedule a months-worth of posts
